After what seems like and endless spring with rain 2 out of 3 days, the forecast is dry for a while now. Living in Missouri this year has been an adventure dodging rain and thunderstorms. So this beautiful Saturday morning, I'm gonna head out and put some miles on the scooter. Tomorrow, our HOG chapter is having a Poker Run. That should get me another 300 miles or so. Monday is Million Mile Monday for HOG. HOG members are asked to ride to work or whatever and log their mile on , with the goal of  more...

Its Wimbledon week, has to rain. It is in the constitution. Other wise we get a lousey summer. They will be screaming hosepipe ban soon.

Sunsoul, If I could, I certainly would. And there's a lot of people around here would help me. Hell, they even closed one interstate the other day for about 24 hours. Water wasn't across the round, but there were so many deer displaced by the water, they were all over the highway.

Once again, the freakin weatherman lied. I got out for a while, rode over to see the damage at Winfield. Man that's a lot of water, considering the 2 miles to the river. Anything east of Hwy 79 is underwater. And they have 79, a beautiful rode to ride, closed both north and south of town. If ya live along the Mississippi, near the flood plain and ya read this, my heart goes out to you. Anyway, b4 I could get home, the sky turned black and just as I pulled in the garage it started lightning and p  more...
